The Eurobuild Award for the best tax and financial consultancy has been given, for a fifth time in a row, to CRIDO's Real Estate team, led by Paweł Toński, Mateusz Stańczyk and Jacek Ostrowski. During the prize-giving ceremony, which was attended by representatives of the industry's key players, CRIDO's team was awarded in recognition of the highest quality of their work, their professionalism and their commitment to projects.
This year, as has been the case in previous years, awards were given in more than 20 categories. The awards were presented to companies and facilities that have recently made the biggest difference in Poland's real estate market.
"It was not an easy year for many sectors and many people. The war in Ukraine, soaring energy prices and – generally – rising inflation levels, the growing uncertainty and financing costs, plus the law changing frenzy, have all had an impact on the real estate business as well. We are pleased to learn that under these circumstances, the real estate market continues to see our team as positively stable. This year's Eurobuild Award is already the fifth such award in a row for our team. We provide tax and financial consultancy in transactions, assist clients with their day-to-day operations and in business conversion and transfer pricing projects, and in disputes with tax authorities. We feel appreciated by clients in all these areas. We simply like helping people make good decisions and we are pleased to know that our commitment, expertise and focus on solving problems are still appreciated," says Paweł Toński, the managing partner responsible for CRIDO's Real Estate tax team.
The winners were announced and awards presented at a gala event in Warsaw on 27 September 2022.
