On January 1, 2025, CRIDO Legal, a law firm operating as part of the leading Polish consultancy group CRIDO, merged with REON Legal. Karol Kicun, former managing partner of REON Legal, has assumed the role of Managing Partner for Legal M&A. The merger significantly bolsters CRIDO Legal's capabilities in areas such as M&A, banking and finance, antitrust law, competition protection, and servicing German-speaking clients. The unified firms will operate under the name CRIDO Legal.
CRIDO Legal comprises over forty lawyers specializing in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, labour law, dispute resolution, and legal aspects of the real estate market. The firm serves both international corporations and Polish entrepreneurs. REON Legal brings expertise in corporate law, with a particular focus on M&A, banking and corporate finance, antitrust law, competition protection, private equity/venture capital, and real estate. REON also features a German-speaking practice providing legal advisory for clients from the DACH region.
