Crido Legal advises SuperDrob, one of the leading poultry producers, on the acquisition of production plant from BBP
SuperDrob, one of the leading poultry producers in Poland, with annual revenues exceeding PLN 1 billion, acquired a production plant from BPP - Danish convenience food producer.
SuperDrob has significant position on foreign markets – over half of the company’s production is directed outside Poland - mostly to EU countries, but also to China and Japan. This makes SuperDrob the export leader in the Polish poultry industry.
SuperDrob has been present in the market for 25 years and employs nearly 2,500 people. It cooperates with Charoen Pokphand Foods (CPF) – a world leader in the agri-food industry. The partnership with CPF allows SuperDrob to actively participate in consolidation of the Polish food producers market.
Crido Legal acted as counsel to SuperDrob in connection with the transaction. The team was led by Mateusz Rogozinski (Partner), included Magdalena Purol (Senior Associate) and further Michal Furgalski (Associate), Mateusz Walczak (Associate) and Dominika Mazur (Junior Associate).
