Witold Gwizdek

Witold Gwizdek is an attorney and a Managing Associate with CRIDO Law Firm. He specialises in business law, including in particular business contracts, companies, and investment funds, and provides legal services to domestic and foreign entities in these fields. His professional experience covers numerous projects related to reorganising the business structures of Polish and foreign entities. He has repeatedly supported the CRIDO Law Firm's team in drafting legal analyses on the legal status of business entities prior to planned transactions. Witold has a degree in law from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University and is a member of the Bar Association in Warsaw.
