Tomasz Groszyk

Tomasz specialises in cooperative compliance and manages projects in the areas of business advisory and new technologies. At Crido, he leads a team that helps companies join the Horizontal Monitoring Programme. He is actively involved in shaping the concept of the programme and supports the development of mature tax processes. Additionally, he assists clients in adapting to electronic reporting requirements and collecting data necessary for effective management. Tomasz began his professional career at one of Poland's leading tax law firms. Since 2014, he has been associated with Crido. In 2015, he served as a tax manager for three manufacturing companies owned by one of the largest American conglomerates. From 2020 to 2021, he worked at the Ministry of Finance as the Deputy Director of the VAT Department. He holds degrees in law and international relations from the University of Warsaw. In 2014, Tomasz qualified as a tax advisor, and in 2016, he was admitted as an attorney-at-law by the Warsaw Bar Association. He was shortlisted for the ITR EMEA Tax Awards in 2023 (General Tax category) and 2024 (Indirect Tax category).
