Paulina Moroz

Paulina is a Tech Project Manager in the Business & Digital Services Division at CRIDO. She specializes in analyzing and automating business processes and managing implementation projects for technological solutions, including CRIDO's proprietary applications. She supports clients in adapting their processes to new legal and tax regulations, such as the National e-Invoice System (KSeF) and JPK CIT, as well as implementing improvements that increase organizational efficiency. She has over a decade of experience in ERP system implementations, with particular focus on Comarch solutions. Since 2023 at CRIDO, she has completed several dozen projects ranging from readiness assessments for legal and tax requirements to implementations and business process automation for clients across various industries. She has conducted over a dozen webinars and training sessions on topics including JPK CIT and KSeF. Paulina holds a degree in Economics from the University of Białystok. In 2021, she obtained an accounting specialist certificate issued by the Association of Accountants in Poland. In 2025, she completed postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) in "Business Process Analytics and Robotization."
