Michał Panek

Michał is an expert in personal income tax, the social security system and other areas related to international mobility. He specialises in advising Polish and international companies on various forms of remuneration (including effective ways of cooperating with managers and implementing royalties), designing and implementing incentive programmes or PIT and ZUS reviews. Michael is also involved in supporting clients in the organisation of international secondments and business trips, including from the side of immigration issues. He has gained his previous professional experience in two Big Four tax advisory firms and a large national entity. He joined CRIDO in March 2022. Michał graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Rzeszów with a degree in Law and Economics and from the University of Lodz with a postgraduate degree in Tax Law. He is a licensed tax advisor.
