Michał Grzybowski

Michal has been leading advisory teams within Big Four. He has been involved in creating effective remuneration structures for management personnel both domestically and internationally. He has also advised Polish listed companies and international organizations on the implementation of share and stock option plans for managers, as well as on developing international employee mobility programs. For many years, he has managed projects related to labour law and HR restructuring. His focus has been on optimizing HR processes, employee retention strategies, developing and modifying compensation systems for management and employees, and creating long-term incentive plans. Since 2003 Michał is a licensed tax advisor, while his professionalism has been recognized by the "Gazeta Prawna" and "Rzeczpospolita” rankings, where he was listed among the best tax advisors in Poland.
