Michał Balicki

Expert in labour law, social security and data protection in employment, with almost 20 years of professional experience. He has worked with Polish and foreign clients, gaining knowledge and skills in renowned law firms and one of the so-called Big Four companies. During his career, Michał has advised in the areas of individual and collective labour law, carrying out projects on internal regulations, restructuring, dismissals, trade union relations and working time management. He also specialises in the development of remuneration systems for managers and board members, both in state-owned companies and in the financial sector. He has supported clients in projects related to international employee mobility. Michał is a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He also completed a course in law with elements of economics at the University of Bergen in Norway and postgraduate studies in risk management at the Warsaw School of Economics. As a speaker, he has repeatedly appeared at conferences on labour law and personal data protection.
