Mateusz Jałkowski

Mateusz is a Partner in the Transfer Pricing team at CRIDO. His experience includes support in preparation and implementation of business-efficient reorganizations of the supply chain, managing transfer pricing risks, determining arm’s length charges for transactions involving goods, services, financial instruments, and intangibles, assisting clients during audits and proceedings related to transfer pricing, preparing transfer pricing documentation, and creating defense files to substantiate the arm’s length nature of taxpayers' transactions. Mateusz has also participated in the conclusion of Advance Pricing Arrangements with the Ministry of Finance and the Head of the National Revenue Administration (KAS). He advises domestic and international entities operating across various industries. Mateusz began his career in tax advisory in 2010 and has been with CRIDO since the start of his professional journey. He is part of the Transfer Pricing team, which has been awarded the title of "Poland TP Firm of the Year" for eight consecutive years in the prestigious "International Tax Review" rankings. Since 2015, he has been a licensed tax advisor.
