Marta Kolbusz-Nowak

Marta is a licensed tax advisor specializing in customs, excise taxes, environmental regulations and VAT in international trade. She has been gaining her experience since 2011 in one of the big four firms, joining CRIDO in 2024. Marta advises Polish and international businesses around new regulations connected with global trade like CBAM or deforestation (EUDR), in energy and excise taxes, including plastic tax as well as in customs area. Marta leads complex projects for clients, starting from familiarizing clients with new regulations or reviewing their obligations, through implementing / improving processes and procedures obtaining licenses for clients, implementing exemptions and preferences, up to support in compliance or process co-sourcing.
