Maksymilian Górka

Maksymilian specialises in corporate tax advisory services, in particular transactions and withholding tax issues. He has advised clients from various industries in domestic and international transactions (including due diligence for buyers and sellers, tax structuring). In particular, he has experience in transactions in the real estate sector (acquisition/sale of real estate assets or acquisition/sale of real estate companies). Maksymilian has also supported clients in ongoing advisory and restructuring. ​​ He has over 8 years of professional experience in tax advisory, which he gained in CRIDO and other tax advisory companies. Maksymilian graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in Finance and Accounting. He is a licensed tax advisor since 2017.  Author of articles on tax blogs in the field of income tax issues.​
