Magdalena Zawadzka

Magdalena is a partner at CRIDO’s Business and Innovations Team. She specializes in state aid for greenfield investments, R&D and environmental projects. She cooperates with large Polish and international companies as well as technological start-ups. The value of aid obtained for the projects in which Magdalena has taken part exceeds few billion of EUR. Magdalena is also responsible for strategic partnership of Crido with with Hype Innovation, German producer of IT solutions for innovation management. Magdalena has been at CRIDO since 2008, and in 2016 she was promoted to the partner position. She started off her career over 18 years ago in public institutions working on pre-accession funds. She has authored and co-authored several publications on European funds and public-private partnership. Magdalena as an expert in state aid is a member of monitoring committee for EU funds for enterprises in Poland and takes active part in public consultations of state aid schemes for enterprises in Poland. Magdalena is also a board member of the European Association of Innovation Consultans (EAIC), which currently brings together over 50 companies dealing with innovations throughout Europe.
