Maciej Gorgol

Maciej has over 10 years of experience in real estate transactions and mergers and acquisitions, with a particular focus on the renewable energy sector (PV and wind). He also focuses on the day-to-day legal advice regarding corporate and contract law. He has been advising in due diligence processes, transactions regarding real estate, renewable energy assets, foreign direct investments (greenfields), market entry of foreign investors and asset protection of HNWI clients. As a former board member of a Polish charity, Maciej is also well versed in foundation law, as well as regulatory and operational aspects of charities. Maciej is an advocate and a member of the Warsaw Bar Association. Prior to joining CRIDO, he has been working at real estate and M&A departments of renowned international law firms, as well as acted for the biggest IPP developer of utility-scale PV farms in Poland and at the family office department of a HNWI client.
