Krzysztof Kluza has over 25 years of professional experience in finance and industry, including the defense sector, and business consulting. He has participated in numerous M&A and financial due diligence projects, as well as the development and implementation of corporate strategies. He began his career at the Boston Consulting Group. He then worked in the strategic projects division at Citibank Handlowy for more than five years. Subsequently, he served as CFO and Vice President of the Management Board of Selena Capital Group, President of the Management Board of PIT-RADWAR S.A., President of the Management Board of PCO S.A., and Proxy of the Management Board at the Polish Armaments Group (PGZ). As Bank Director at Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK), he also led financing projects for enterprises, local governments, municipal companies and medical entities, as well as foreign trade financing transactions. He also supervised a number of government programmes to support businesses. He was or is currently a member or chairman of the supervisory boards of companies in the manufacturing and high-tech industries, including Fasing, Selena, Matizol, ZM Tarnów, PCO and Momentum Solutions.
Krzysztof Kluza is a professor of finance at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH). He teaches classes in change management, strategic project management, and statistics. He also holds an Advanced Diploma in Management Accounting, CIMA, and an international professional qualification in management accounting - CGMA. He was a member of the Council of the Institute of Microelectronics and Photonics – the Lukasiewicz Research Network (IMIF) and the Committee on Electronics and Telecommunications of the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN). Additionally, he has authored around 100 peer-reviewed publications on finance, banking, risk management, local government entities, ESG issues and sustainable business models.
