Konrad is a manager in the Tax Relief and Indirect Tax teams at CRIDO. He specializes in VAT consulting (designs strategies and measures to ensure tax compliance for his Clients, including prepares and implements due diligence procedures, documentation of intangible services, intra-Community acquisitions and supplies (ICA/ICS) settlements, etc.) and CIT (supports clients in settling various tax reliefs, e.g., IP Box, R&D Relief, Robotization Relief). He has extensive experience in the implementation of the e-Invoicing System (KSeF) and other tax tools. In these areas, he has been supporting his Clients for more than a dozen years by providing ongoing advisory services, conducting tax reviews, and handling proceedings before tax authorities and administrative courts. Throughout his career, Konrad has supported entities from the IT, pharmaceutical, transportation, energy, construction, and real estate industries. For years, he has also advised clients from the financial sector (banks, leasing companies, funds, leading debt collection companies), supporting them in resolving current VAT and CIT issues, as well as verifying tax implications of financial transactions and mergers and acquisitions. He is the author of dozens of articles and studies on taxation in nationwide press and a co-author of tax monographs and commentaries (including "Regulations on Tax Avoidance" - C.H. Beck, "Tax Ordinance. Commentary" - C.H. Beck, 2 editions).
