Katarzyna Żółcińska

Katarzyna is an attorney at law and specializes in corporate law and business law, including in particular the investment fund-related issues. ​ During her career she has been concentrating on matters of implementation, operating and liquidation of the comprehensive, cross-border business structures based on the closed-end investment funds and various foreign corporate entities. When advising clients, she pays special attention to the practical consequences of transactions and the business background of legal processes.
