Gustaw Steinke

Gustaw Steinke participates in advising clients in M&A and private equity transactions and corporate law. He has experience working on a variety of M&A and private equity transactions (both domestic and cross-border), as well as joint-ventures, restructurings, and legal due diligence investigations across a wide range of sectors. He graduated from the University of Warsaw in 2021 and completed the American law course organised in cooperation with Emory University School of Law and Georgia State University College of Law. He also completed postgraduate studies in capital market law and economics at the Warsaw School of Economics. Gustaw is [an advocate trainee] and a member of the Warsaw Bar Association. Prior to joining CRIDO, he gained experience in the M&A and corporate departments of renowned Polish and international law firms.
