Artur is the Managing Partner in charge of Corporate Finance at CRIDO. He has been in professional practice for over 20 years now, focusing on financial and transaction advice to leading Polish companies and international corporations as well as private equity funds. He actively participated in and successfully managed numerous M&A transactions, IPOs and debt financing deals valued several billions of Polish zlotys. From the very outset, Artur worked with leading brokerage houses, and was also a partner in a Polish boutique advisory firm where he dealt with transactions engaging major Polish businesses. Artur is focused on developing Corporate Finance advisory services, which complement the other services provided by CRIDO, in particular legal and tax advice.
