Anna has taken the position of partner in charge of Renewable Energy & Project Finance at CRIDO and advises clients on obtaining financing for energy projects and analyzing investment processes.
She gained her experience working for, among others, PKN Orlen SA and Baltic Power (a joint venture between PKN Orlen SA and Northland Power), where she served as project finance manager in preparing the financial assembly and raising debt in the project finance structure for the first offshore wind farm under construction in the Baltic Sea, with a capacity of 1.2 GW. As an expert with experience in RES financing, she has worked with 25 of the largest banks and financial institutions in the Polish and European markets, as well as export credit agencies (ECAs). The total budget of this project is 4.37 billion euros.
In the project finance procedure, she also handled the financial assembly for the construction of one of the largest CCGT units in Poland. At Bank Pekao SA, she served as director of strategic client cooperation development for the Oil & Gas sector. She coordinated the financing of large-scale photovoltaic projects and onshore wind farms. She provided opinions and prepared analyses of projects for the construction of power plants, combined heat and power plants, including those fired by RdF.
While serving as Development Director and Board Representative for the Energy Sector at HOCHTIEF Polska SA, she was responsible for, among other, for the tender process, contract negotiations and consortium formation for the construction of the Thermal Waste Processing Installation (WtE) for Poznan (implemented as the first under the PPP formula) and the negotiation of contracts for the construction and installation package for the CCGT unit in Włocławek for PKN Orlen SA.
Anna graduated in economics from the Radom University of Technology, completed postgraduate studies in mergers and acquisitions at the Warsaw School of Economics, and earned an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management (Erasmus Univeristy) in cooperation with the Gdansk Foundation for Management Education.
