Anna has more than 20 years’ experience in tax advisory services. She specialises in delivering comprehensive advice on Polish and international tax law matters in the real estate sector and supports clients in M&A and restructuring projects.​ Anna spent much of her career working for EY’s international tax team. Before joining CRIDO, she worked for the G-City Europe Group (previously known as the Atrium European Real Estate Group, one of Europe’s largest shopping centre managers and developers and a private rented sector (PRS) investor), where she was responsible for the tax matters of this corporate group with operating and holding companies in Europe. She has co-authored a book entitled Opodatkowanie rynku nieruchomości [Taxation in the real estate market], which is a detailed discussion of the tax matters that Poland’s real estate market actors are faced with.​ CRIDO’s real estate team offers comprehensive tax, financial and legal consultancy for property developers, project owners and building contractors. The team led by Paweł Toński has won the Eurobuild Award six times in a row (in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022 and 2023), in the “best financial and tax advisor for Poland’s real estate market” category.​ Anna Pleskowicz has a degree in economics, specialising in taxes and controlling, from European University Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder). She also studied at Poznan’s Adam Mickiewicz University and at Maastricht University. She is a Chartered Certified Accountant at the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.​ Established in 2005, CRIDO is the leading advisory firm in Poland.
