Anna Pielesiek

Anna specializes in transfer pricing and has extensive experience working with clients from various sectors of the economy. Her main areas of expertise include the comprehensive preparation of transfer pricing documentation, conducting transfer pricing analyses, developing transfer pricing policies, and preparing defense file documentation with business justification that supports the arm’s length nature of transactions between related entities. As part of her projects, Anna also provides support in the process of applying for Advance Pricing Arrangements (APA), assisting clients in understanding and meeting the formal requirements and procedures involved in obtaining such agreements. Additionally, she actively supports clients during tax audits, offering essential advisory services in building defense strategies and assistance in preparing the necessary documentation and arguments. She has been with CRIDO since 2018, successfully advancing her professional career. Anna graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics (Szkoła Główna Handlowa) with a degree in International Economic Relations.
