Andrzej is CRIDO’s founder and managing partner. He is also Head of Litigation – Tax and Court Proceedings. In recent years, Andrzej has advised on some spectacular disputes with tax authorities, and carried out risk management projects pertaining to fiscal criminal liability and risk minimization strategies. His vast experience includes international tax law, as well as restructurings and M&A transactions. Andrzej has advised domestic and foreign firms from, amongst others, the real estate sector, financial brokerage as well as oil and gas production sector.
Andrzej started off his career in 1997 in Arthur Andersen, and in 2005 he became one of the founders of an advisory firm CRIDO. He has been licensed tax advisor since 2001. In the years 2016—2018 he has been ranked as the best advisor in respect of tax proceedings in the Tax Advisory Firms Ranking by Rzeczpospolita daily.In 2019, he was ranked first in the "Litigation" category and the second in the "International tax law" category in the "Dziennik Gazeta Prawna" ranking.
He completed his Executive MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with honors. Andrzej is a member of Polish Branch of the International Fiscal Association (IFA), and in the years 2014-2016 he presided over the Association’s Management Board
