VII CRIDO M&A Forum 2025: Expansion of Polish companies and investments in Poland

Location:

Concept 13, DH Vitkac, Bracka 9, Warsaw

When:

23 october 2025, time 9.30

This year’s 7th Forum, which coincides with the 20th anniversary of CRIDO, will focus on the international expansion of Polish companies – from selecting the right target markets, to developing effective growth and financing strategies, through to the practical challenges of entering new markets.

This is also a moment to reflect together on Poland’s role in a rapidly evolving geopolitical landscape. In light of the security challenges facing Central and Eastern Europe, and Poland’s position as a key partner within NATO and the European Union, strategic thinking around investment, security, and leadership is becoming increasingly important.

Special attention will be given to the transatlantic perspective, with discussions on the specifics of the U.S. legal and business environment, as well as insights from companies that have successfully expanded their operations in the United States.

This year’s edition will be held under the patronage of the Polish Private Equity and Venture Capital Association (PSIK).
