INSPIRE Poland 2023 | Improving employee engagement through innovation management

Location:

Polpharma office, 6 Bobrowiecka Street, 00-728 Warsaw

When:

23 march 2023, time 8.30

The INSPIRE Poland 2023 organized by Polpharma, CRIDO and HYPE Innovation is designed for practitioners working in the field of innovation management. The aim of the event is to share knowledge about improving employee engagement through innovation management. We would like to talk about successes in the field of innovation management, but also setbacks, and learnings. We want you to learn and feel armed with insights, share and find answers to your questions, and network and build deeper connections to those working as innovation practitioners.

During the forum, we will discuss:

  • How to use ideation as a collaboration platform inside the company (i.e. for diversity and inclusion programs)?
  • How to improve the performance of ideation campaigns (from an engagement and quality of shared ideas' standpoint)?
  • When does it make sense to use internal hackathons or ideation campaigns?

The agenda includes case studies, keynotes and seminars led by experts from Polpharma, Merck, Liberty Global, Veolia, CRIDO and HYPE Innovation. We encourage you to actively participate and benefit from all the workshop.

You are also cordially invited to attend an Ice-breaker dinner on the evening of March 22 where we will have the opportunity to get to know each other and exchange initial insights before the forum.

The forum will be held on March 23, 2023 in Warsaw

Cross silo engagement is a challenge faced by many organizations. In this seminar, Colin will address the following questions to overcome this challenge:
  • Real collective intelligence comes from diverse thinking, but how can you get different silos to work together?
  • What are the foundations to effective and sustained cross-silo collaboration?
  • What does the roadmap look like?

Colin Nelson, Chief Consulting Officer at HYPE Innovation

Seminar 2 | Hackathons: A structed process for disruptive results

Ideathons, datathons, hack fests or simply: hackathons. These highly structured, time-constrained, and powerful problem-solving techniques have gained lots of traction in the past decade. So much so that many organizations today utilize them as part of their overall innovation management strategy. In this session, Oana will help you understand what a hackathon is, why hackathons have immense learning and data collecting potential, and how to successfully run one such physical or digital event yourself.

Oana-Maria Pop, Head of Open Innovation at HYPE Innovation

Seminar 3 | Matchbox: Sparking the Fires of Collaboration at Liberty Global

The Spark team at Liberty global found that employees weren’t submitting true ideas to Spark (HYPE tool) but we had plenty of submissions of thoughts and wishes! We wanted to change that. We launched our Matchbox program – a two-day training combining Design Thinking and Lean Start-Up Methodologies in order to help our employees turn their ideas from a Spark to a raging fire. In this hour we want to talk you through the end to end process of implementing your very own Matchbox. We’ll share the good, the bad and the ugly!

Sarah Kelly, Senior Innovation Manager at Liberty Global
