How to implement successfully mandatory e-invocing in Poland

In August 2023 the law endorsing the obligatory e-invoicing system in Poland (“KSeF”), has been approved by the President of Poland, signaling a new era in the country's financial management and reporting structure. On July 1, 2024, Poland will experience a significant change in its invoicing processes. Since that date, all sales invoices issued by Companies having VAT registration in Poland will need to be sent to KSeF.
This change for many Companies means a revolution in their business and tax processes and will require substantial changes in IT systems. Our experience shows that there is still a low awareness in many businesses about the impact of KSeF and the priority given to the projects is not at the right level.
